Fit call
You tell us what you’re hoping for, your budget range and what worries you. We tell you what we’d check first in your shoes.
You leave with an honest first read and a next step, which might be “read these three things and come back in a year.”
02 · $199
Decision consult
A 60-minute working session on video, then a written follow-up on anything worth looking into. You’ll cover:
- 2 to 3 towns that match how you want to live, and why the others don’t
- A real monthly budget, line by line
- The residency routes worth asking a lawyer about
- A healthcare map for your shortlist
- A clear recommendation: go see it, wait, or look elsewhere
03 · Priced per trip
Scouting days
We spend 2 to 5 days with you on the ground. Supermarkets, clinics, rentals, the road at 4 p.m., coffee with people who’ve lived there ten years.
No sales tours, no agent showings, nothing with a commission attached.

Move, or don’t
If you go ahead, we can inspect a property before you sign and introduce you to professionals we’d use ourselves (no referral fees).
If you don’t, that’s a result. You’ll have saved money and time, and you’ll know why.
What we won’t do
- Sell you property, or earn a cent on it
- Take referral fees from lawyers, agents, builders or movers
- Give legal or immigration advice (we’ll tell you what to ask a licensed attorney)
- Promise a lifestyle we haven’t lived
Questions
Do I have to do all four steps?
No. Many people only do the fit call. Each step stands on its own.
Can we do this remotely?
The fit call and the consult are on video. Scouting days are in person, in Panama.
Where do you work?
Mainly the Pacific coast from Panama City to Río Hato, including the mountains around Chicá. Anywhere else, we’ll quote you.
Are you a relocation company?
No. We don’t move your stuff or file your visa. We help you decide, then point you to people who do.
